The control panel is touchscreen and functions much like a tablet. Motion detectors, door and window sensors along with their unique touchscreen control panel compare it to Vivint sky here. Must pay out of pocket for most advanced equipment cameras, smart thermostat. My experience was totally unacceptable, I visit family in another state often and I relied on my home security . Just this past summer when there where repeated storms, my system failed me what makes it even worse I was never alerted!I just happen to check my home security as like I would normally do low and be it wasn't working!I called Comcast they were able to check and see how long it was down!Go figure!Keep in mind I'm over 600 miles are so away from home, and I wasn't returning for another week!Comcast tells me that I needed to be home to reset it!Well not able to return home to a week later , I'm left with my home unprotected!Paying almost $2,220.
